Strawberry Spritz Fruit Dip

This is a simple dip highlighting a truly special product. Vermont Creamery’s Strawberry Spritz Goat Log is like strawberry cream cheese but so much better—balanced, rich, and perfectly sweet, with the fresh taste of real fruit. It doesn’t need much to transform it into a deliciously refreshing dip, just Greek yogurt for extra creamy tang and Blackberry Farm Strawberry Rhubarb Jam to highlight the summer fruit flavor. An effortless dessert on a hot summer day when turning on the oven simply won’t do. Just add your favorite sliced fruit, shortbread, or really anything dippable and sweet.

16 oz. Greek yogurt (we suggest White Moustache!)

2 ea. Vermont Creamery Strawberry Spritz Goat Logs, 4 oz. (8 oz. total)

¼ cup Murray's Strawberry Rhubarb Preserves






Add the goat cheese and yogurt to a microwave safe bowl, and microwave for 30 seconds. Remove from the microwave and stir.
Repeat microwaving for 30 seconds and stirring until the goat cheese and yogurt can blend together smoothly but are not hot. If you do not have access to a microwave, leave the cheese and yogurt out to come to room temp and blend.
Stir in the jam, and chill the dip until ready to serve.
Serve garnished with sliced strawberries and alongside fruit, cookies, and any other sweets of your choice for a refreshing dip on a hot day!
