Lynher Dairies Cornish Yarg

This British cheese is a bit of a time traveler! Its original recipe, dating back to around the 13th century, wasn’t unearthed until the 1980s, when it burst onto the scene as a crumbly cow’s milk cheese with some seriously earthy qualities. Hand-wrapped in local nettle leaves, Cornish Yarg is infused with a delicate herbal sharpness that perfectly complements its buttery and slightly tangy paste. Fluffy, mellow, and delightfully creamy, this semi-soft stunner pairs well with crisp whites and IPAs.
