The man behind it all is Chef Matt Hyland, and his absolute favorite sandwich is the muffaletta. As a connoisseur, he finds the standard bodega version a bit lacking. The main culprit: outside of the meat, it’s all texture and no flavor. So he developed this version to level up the taste. It’s called the pretzeletta, and it’s magnificent.

Ingredients
- 1 pretzel roll
- 2-3 slices of ham
- 5-7 slices of Murray’s Sopressata Salami
- 4-6 slices of Olympia Provisions Salami Etna
- 2-3 slices of Murray’s Cavemaster Reserve Annelies
- 2-3 tablespoons Mt. Vikos Kalamata Spread
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions
- Slice the pretzel roll.
- On the bottom piece of the roll, layer ham, sopressata salami, salami etna, Annelies, and olive spread.
- On the top piece of the roll, drizzle olive oil.
- Put sandwich together, slice in half, and enjoy!
