Ingredients

  • For the Cocktail:
  • ¾ oz. Mezcal
  • ¾ oz. Aperol
  • ¾ oz. Lime Juice
  • ½ oz. Green Chartreuse
  • 1 Tbsp. Sidehill Farm Raspberry Jam
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters

For the Cocktail

  1. Combine all ingredients in shaker and shake.
  2. Double strain in to shot glasses and top with a dash of bitters.
