White Truffle Moliterno


The dramatic veining on White Truffle Moliterno sets the stage for its luxe flavor, a harmonious celebration of its two main ingredients—buttery Moliterno and earthy white truffle. Moliterno—an Italian stretched-curd cheese—is first left to age for four months. Only then is it infused with assertive white truffles, allowing the garlicky, pungent essence to spread through the interior. Turn this harmony into an orchestra of flavor by pairing it with a crisp sauvignon blanc.
