Apple Cider Mule With Cheese Pairings

The Moscow Mule is one of our favorite simple cocktails, with ginger beer, vodka, and lime bringing a gorgeous balance of spicy, sweet, and tart. This drew our mind to fall flavors, and the Apple Cider Mule was born. In addition to cider, we add a few dollops of Murray's Heirloom Apple Butter, which elevates the apple flavor and brings in aromatic cinnamon and allspice. It has all the flavors of mulled cider, plus ginger heat and bright citrus. Don't forget the sliced ginger garnish, which makes this cocktail look as good as it tastes.
