Hudson Valley Camembert--a buttery mix of cow and sheep’s milk--with a traditional barbecue rub made of smoked paprika, brown sugar, and a blend of spices. The rub infuses the mild, spreadable cheese with subtle notes of garlic, grill smoke, and beef jerky.
