With their signature squeak and springy texture, Beecher’s Handmade Cheese Curds are supremely snackable. Cheese curds are unaged cheese, separated from the whey early in the cheesemaking process, cut into morsels, and salted instead of being pressed into wheels. That process gives them their fresh, lactic flavor. These are perfect for coating in panko and air-frying or pan-frying for a crunchy, interactive app, served with Murray’s Honey Mustard for some sweet, acidic tang. Dropship items are excluded from our substitutions policy.

“While you can’t beat fried curds, I also love Beecher’s curds tossed in a salad with spring greens, roasted nuts, and dried cherries. A bite with a squeaky curd is the best bite.”
