Ingredients
- For Mocktail:
- 1/2 tsp. Turmeric, ground
- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 cups Sparkling orange soda
- 1/2 cup Ginger beer
- Crystallized ginger, mango, or orange to garnish
Directions
- Muddle the ground ginger and turmeric in a large mixing glass until a paste is made.
- Pour the ginger beer and orange sparkling soda into the glass.
- Stir to incorporate and strain with a fine mesh sieve into highball glasses with crushed ice.
- Garnish and serve.
