Ingredients

  • For Mocktail:
  • 1/2 tsp. Turmeric, ground
  • 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 1 1/2 cups Sparkling orange soda
  • 1/2 cup Ginger beer
  • Crystallized ginger, mango, or orange to garnish

Directions

  1. Muddle the ground ginger and turmeric in a large mixing glass until a paste is made.
  2. Pour the ginger beer and orange sparkling soda into the glass.
  3. Stir to incorporate and strain with a fine mesh sieve into highball glasses with crushed ice.
  4. Garnish and serve.
