Apricot? Yes. Bread? Only in name. Though a loaf in form, Matiz Apricot Bread does not contain wheat, gluten, yeast, or anything breadlike. In fact, it only contains two things: dried Spanish apricots and premium Marcona almonds. So while you might not be using it to make a Reuben, its sweet and nutty, crunchy and chewy characteristics make it an incredible pairing for all sorts of cheeses, especially Spanish classics like Manchego, Idiazabal, and Cabrales blue.
