Topped with seasoned greens, this pizza packs a meaty punch with the combination of funky Taleggio and hearty speck.

Ingredients
- 1 ea. Frozen or homemade pizza crust
- 1 ea. Murray’s Speck Sliced
- 2 1/2 oz. Taleggio
- 2 oz. Salva Cremasco
- Greens for garnish
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Lemon Juice
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 500F and prepare a pizza stone or baking sheet for an 8-inch pizza.
- Cut off the rind of the taleggio, then slice the cheese into quarter-inch pieces. Lay the pieces all over the pizza dough.
- Lay pieces of speck on top of the cheese, covering the whole dough. The meat will shrink, so apply generously.
- Bake the pizza for about 8 minutes.. When done, sprinkle sea salt and pepper and drizzle extra virgin olive oil.
- Slice the pizza. Season a handful of greens of your choosing with salt, olive oil and lemon juice.
- Cover the pizza with the greens and then crumble Salva Cremasco over the top.
