Cranberry Ginger Mimosa With Cheese Pairings​

Our Cranberry Ginger Mimosa checks every box, with the warm spice of ginger, cranberry's pleasant tartness and red hue, and, of course, the festive pop of sparkling wine. And it's simple to prepare, with just a blitz of ginger marmalade and cranberry juice in the blender. Topped with sparkling pieces of candied ginger and jewel-like cranberries, it's a versatile cocktail on any menu, for brunches, cocktail parties, and beyond.

preparation & ingredients

2 oz. Ginger Marmalade​

3/4 cup cranberry juice

6 oz. cava or prosecco

Candied ginger

Fresh cranberries

Take two toothpicks, and alternately skewer pieces of candied ginger and whole cranberries. Set aside.​
Add the ginger marmalade and cranberry juice to a blender, and blend until smooth. Divide between two champagne flutes or coupe glasses. Top with the sparkling wine, and garnish with the skewers.
