You don't have to look far to find the perfect cheese for a grilled cheese. Antvorskov is delicious and already tastes melted! The alpine nuttiness and mild flavor beg to be layered on a rustic bread with mustard, pickles, and some thin slices of Speck. Toothsome and completely snackable, this is the kind of cheese you could break out at a party, or enjoy on your own for a night on the couch.
