Rustic Cheese Tower


This tower is coming down from the mountain. At the base is Tomme de Savoie, made in France’s mountainous eastern Alps. Next is Garrotxa, a moist and cakey goat’s milk wheel from the foothills of the Pyrenees. Topping it all off is Selles-sur-Cher, a gooey, tangy disc from the Loire Valley.
