Raclette for Two Board​


Now you have an excuse to stay in! Warm up a cold winter night with this DIY board that’s made for melting and dipping. With a raclette grill, you'll have cheese melted in just minutes, so you can pair it with this spread of sweet, savory, and crunchy classics like cornichons, pickled Brussels sprouts, carrots, roasted potatoes, and charcuterie. Just create your perfect bite, and drape with ooey, gooey Alpine cheese. Don't be afraid to customize your board and add your own snackable favorites to the mix.

preparation & ingredients

1/2 lb. French Raclette

1 ea. Jambon de Bayonne, 3.52 oz.

1 ea. Short Creek Farm Kosho Salame, 5 oz.​

1 ea. Trois Petits Cochons Cornichons, 12 oz.​

1 ea. Peppadews, 14 oz.

1 ea. Pacific Pickle Works Brussizzle Sprouts, 16 oz.​

1 lb. small baby red potatoes, roasted

1 bunch rainbow carrots

1 Swissmar Raclette Grill or

1 Barbaclette

Thinly slice the raclette into long, wide slices.
Slice the Kosho Salami into coins.
