The brainchild of three-time James Beard Award nominee Zachary Golper, Bien Cuit is modeled after the French bakeries of yore, which used traditional grains and served as gathering places for their communities. Their focus on rustic practices and local ingredients have won them acclaim from The New York Times, Saveur, and Ina Garten, not to mention a devoted following from all over New York City.
