Ingredients
- For the Cocktail:
- 1 oz. Murray's Wild Blueberries Preserves
- 2 Oz. Dorothy Parker Gin
- 1 Oz. Crème de Cassis
- 1.25 Oz. Lemon Juice
- A splash of tonic water
- For the Cheese Pairings:
- Cremeux de Bourgogne
- Nettle Meadow Kunik
- Murray’s Cave Aged Original Buttermilk Basque
For the Cocktail
- Shake all ingredients with ice for 30 seconds to chill.
- Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
- Top with tonic water.
- Garnish with a skewer of blueberries.
How to Cut and Serve
- For the Cremeux de Bourgogne, slice the wedge into smaller triangular portions.
- For the Kunik, cut small triangular wedges of desired portions from the wheel as if you were cutting a cake.
- For the Buttermilk Basque, cut the triangular rind pieces off one side of the wedge. Proceed to slice the wedge into desired triangular portions.
